Paradox scheduling product offers an integration with Zoom to assist clients in easy scheduling of virtual interviews.
Paradox’s scheduling solution is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year except downtime attributable to: (i) scheduled downtime (ii) an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, Internet service provider failure or delay, or denial of service attack.
Paradox will respond to an issue with respect to the Zoom scheduling integration no later than 1 hour after notified of an issue. This response may be automated, but will include either a resolution or an estimated time for resolving the issue.
Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve an issue with respect to the Paradox Olivia Zoom App no later than 24 hours after notification.
Customers experiencing issues with the Paradox Olivia Zoom app should contract their client success representative and cc: the support inbox at firstname.lastname@example.org.
