Service Levels for Paradox Olivia Zoom App

1. SCOPE

Paradox scheduling product offers an integration with Zoom to assist clients in easy scheduling of virtual interviews.

2. UPTIME

Paradox’s scheduling solution is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year except downtime attributable to: (i) scheduled downtime (ii) an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, Internet service provider failure or delay, or denial of service attack.

3. RESPONSE TIME

Live support is provided 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday (based on Arizona time zones).  On call support is available 24/7. Paradox will respond to an issue with respect to the Zoom scheduling integration no later than 1 hour after notified of an issue. This response may be automated, but will include either a resolution or an estimated time for resolving the issue.

4. RESOLUTION TIME

All support requests for the Paradox Olivia Zoom app will receive a human response within 24 hours after notification.
