Jessica loves working at the intersection of human resources, marketing and technology. Prior to joining the team at Paradox, Jessica served as CEO of talent acquisition companies, Jobing.com and Recruiting.com. Spending most of her career running operations and employer marketing for HR technology and recruitment media platforms, Jessica understands the industry and has worked closely with hundreds of hiring organizations to improve their recruiting success. During her time as VP, Marketing at Recruiting.com, Jessica led a successful rebranding effort and launched the company’s digital marketing initiatives. As CTO at Paradox, Jessica is responsible for the culture, talent acquisition and development efforts as the company continues to grow and scale the Paradox team.
