There will be many learning and networking opportunities throughout the event to share ideas and collaborate with other SAP clients.
March is the best time of the year here in Arizona! It should be around 70-80 degrees with a slight breeze at night.
Please wear whatever makes you comfortable and don't forget a light jacket for the night time.
Please feel free to book your flight and submit for reimbursement via the form. We will be reserving your stay on behalf of you which we will send out as we get closer to the event.

The event will kick off at 8:45 am on Thursday, March 6th and conclude after dinner. We recommend arriving to Arizona any time on the Wednesday, March 5th and departing at your leisure on Friday, March 7th.
Since this event is a hands on one-of-a-kind experience we unfortunately not be offering a virtual option.
Yes, we’d be happy to help arrange your travel dates at the Canopy Old Town Scottsdale to accommodate your extended stay. Paradox is happy to sponsor your room checking in on March 5th and checking out on March 7th. The Canopy is able to accommodate separate billing arrangements to cover the dates outside of those that are sponsored.
We are providing an Uber voucher to cover your ground transportation during the event. We will provide more detailed instructions on how to use the voucher just prior to the event.
