Stephanie King

Stephanie serves as Paradox’s Chief Legal Officer, leading global legal operations, risk and compliance, privacy and data security. Leveraging more than a decade of technology experience, Stephanie helps drive a culture committed to leading the industry with internationally recognized data privacy, security and ethical AI practices. In her role, Stephanie also focuses on driving business and client growth, the company’s continued international expansion, mergers and acquisitions and serving as the company’s corporate secretary. Stephanie joined Paradox from DLA Piper, where she was a corporate and securities partner focused on the representation of growth-stage technology companies, leader of the firm’s Phoenix-based emerging growth and venture capital practice, and member of the firm’s national emerging growth and venture capital leadership group. She has been recognized as an emerging leader in the Arizona legal community and for her work as technology counsel, leading more than $1 billion in strategic transactions and serving as outside general counsel to dozens of companies, managing all aspects of their legal representation from formation to scale to exit. Stephanie represented Paradox from inception, before joining the company in 2020 to serve as its first Chief Legal Officer.
