Stephanie joins Paradox from DLA Piper, one of the largest business law firms in the world with offices in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, where she was a Corporate and Securities Partner, a leader of the firm’s Phoenix-based emerging growth and venture capital practice, and a member of the firm’s national Emerging Growth and Venture Capital leadership group. Stephanie has been recognized as an emerging leader in the Arizona legal community, leading more than $1 billion in strategic transactions and serving as outside general counsel to dozens of growth-stage technology companies across the country, managing all aspects of their legal representation from formation to scale to exit. At Paradox, she’ll focus on corporate development, with an emphasis on acquisitions and the company’s continued international expansion; direct the company’s global legal operations; and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on special projects.
