SCOTTSDALE, AZ - March 6, 2019 -- Today, nearly 100 industry thought leaders and experts in AI and technology in talent acquisition met to discuss the application and future use of these technologies at the TATech Leadership Summit on AI and Machine Learning in Talent Acquisition.

The event which took place in Tempe, Arizona was founded and hosted by TATech, the trade association for the worldwide community of organizations that provide technology-based tools for recruiting. Paradox, the leading Assistive Intelligence platform for talent acquisition and talent experience, continued in their role as founding sponsor and co-host of the event which first launched in 2018.

“We’re proud to partner with Peter Weddle and the team at TATech to host the AI Summit for industry leaders in talent acquisition,” said Aaron Matos, Paradox Founder/CEO. “We share a common belief that we have a responsibility to facilitate important discussions within the industry about the current and future state of artificial intelligence within talent acquisition. As solution providers, we have a unique opportunity to not only influence the future of recruitment, but to help create it.”

The 2019 Summit agenda featured speaking sessions with nearly 20 experts in talent acquisition, including CEOs of talent acquisition technology solutions including Paradox, HiredScore, TextRecruit, Jobcase.com, MyAlly, SwoopTalent, AllyO, and Xor Inc. Topics ranged from applications of AI in talent acquisition and the candidate experience, to expert panels on integrating AI into the corporate tech stack and a CEO panel on the future of AI in recruitment.

“What we find both both exciting and inspiring is the innovation happening in this space and as a result, the opportunity,” shared Matos. “The people in the room today have a tremendous care to improve the industry for professionals in talent acquisition and their candidates. We don’t share the same perspective on how to accomplish that, but we have a community of smart and talented professionals that are working hard to make a difference in recruitment through AI technology.”
