SCOTTSDALE, AZ - March 27, 2020 -- Paradox, the powerfully simple conversational AI platform helping the world’s leading HR and talent acquisition teams do more with less, was recently recognized as a leading innovator in Arizona — winning the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s IMPACT Award for Exceptional Innovator, as well as an Arizona Business Innovation Award from AZ Business Magazine.

The Greater Phoenix Chamber selects eight local companies annually to recognize small and large Valley businesses that have had a positive influence on the community and economy. The awards program focuses on four key categories: Arizona Advocate, Community Champion, Economic Driver, and Exceptional Innovator. Paradox was awarded Exceptional Innovator in the Small to Medium Business category.

“The Greater Phoenix Chamber is proud to honor this year’s IMPACT Award recipients. These businesses represent the innovation and development happening in Greater Phoenix, and we are thrilled to shed light on their incredible work,” said Greater Phoenix Chamber President and CEO Todd Sanders. “We look forward to seeing their continued investment in the region as they contribute to economic prosperity and community connectivity in Arizona for years to come.”

Paradox was also one of 30 companies selected out of triple-digit nominations for the inaugural Arizona Business Innovation Awards by AZ Business magazine. All 30 companies will be featured in the September/October issue of AZ Business.

“We have a bold vision to build the next great Arizona software company by helping our clients transform how work gets done,” said CEO & Founder Aaron Matos. “We are honored to be recognized among these companies that are leading the way in innovation in Arizona. These awards reinforce and empower our team to continue our mission.”
