Susannah lives (and thrives) at the intersection of people, process, and creating. She leads talent operations at Paradox and is responsible for building and scaling the systems that power our Talent team. And yes, that means thinking about how we use Paradox tech at Paradox! Susannah is a career TA Ops practitioner and prior to joining Paradox, she spent time in the aerospace/defense and hospitality industries driving a range of TA programs and initiatives, from talent attraction to onboarding and beyond. When she’s not obsessing over employer brand, UX, and process improvement, Susannah loves traveling, running, and crossword puzzles.
