SCOTTSDALE, Ariz, November 14, 2023Paradox, the conversational recruiting platform helping global employers like Unilever, General Motors, Marriott International, and McDonald’s automate hiring work with conversational AI, was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list for the third consecutive year. This also marked the third year in a row Paradox was the highest-ranked company in the recruiting software industry.

The Technology Fast 500 is an award program sponsored by Deloitte that recognizes the most innovative, fastest-growing companies across the technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech sectors in North America. The achievement is based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth from 2019 to 2022.

“Being recognized as the fastest growing company in recruiting technology is an honor, but it’s only possible because we have clients who are willing to bet on us as a partner to help solve real business challenges,” said Paradox founder and CEO Aaron Matos. “I’ve always said that we’re in the early innings of a much bigger game to transform this industry, and I’m grateful to work alongside a team that’s focused on creating a future where people spend more time with people, not software.”

First launched in 2016, Paradox’s conversational software is underpinned by an intelligent AI assistant that helps gets repetitive, manual hiring work done — automating time-consuming tasks and eliminating points of friction to create world-class experiences that drive higher candidate conversion and dramatically improve recruiter and hiring manager efficiency.

“Each year, we look forward to reviewing the progress and innovations of our Technology Fast 500 winners. This year is especially celebratory as we expand the number of winners to better represent just how many companies are developing new ideas to progress our society and the world, especially during a slow economy,” said Paul Silverglate, vice chair, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader.

In March, Paradox launched the world’s first Conversational ATS — a next-generation innovation built to help employers with large frontline, hourly staff hire faster, take work off their frontline managers’ plates, and save money. One client, Southern Rock Restaurants, saved more than $840,000 in a single year after implementing Paradox

Assisting companies across both high-volume hourly and high-value corporate use cases, Paradox is an SAP Endorsed App and recently announced its Workday Certified Badge for its scheduling automation integration with Workday Recruiting, which makes it even easier for talent acquisition teams to use Paradox's conversational interview scheduling directly from Workday Recruiting through a simple step and status API. In September, Paradox was also named among the early adopters of the Workday AI Marketplace — a curated effort to make it easier for Workday customers to find trustworthy AI solutions that meet Workday’s AI standards and values.

Highlighting its impact on clients, the Josh Bersin Company published a case study illustrating the tangible results this type of automation can have on talent acquisition teams — helping General Motors save more than $2 million in operational recruiting costs in under a year
